If you require a sugar free lozenge, try the Strepsils Intensive Orange Sugar-Free Lozenges.Intensive Orange Sugar Free lozenges are the only sugar free lozenges containing flurbiprofen for fast, targeted, and long lasting relief. Intensive can be used to relieve sore throats in adults and children over the age of 12 years. One lozenge should be sucked every 3-6 hours as required. To avoid any local irritation, it is a good idea to move it around the mouth while sucking. No more than five lozenges should be taken in a 24 hour period, for a maximum of three days.
